Clash Lend AI employs a sophisticated technological infrastructure within the Clash Node ecosystem to facilitate real-time arbitrage transactions. Using the Polygon blockchain, known for its efficiency and low transaction costs, the platform integrates several Blockchain Peers. These nodes form a Cluster that connects to multiple blockchains, such as Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain, enabling the collection and analysis of vast and varied data through a robust Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) system.
1️⃣ Data Collection: Clash Lend AI initiates the operation by collecting real-time data from various DEXs, including Uniswap and Sushiswap, analyzing liquidity and transaction histories to detect usable price discrepancies.
2️⃣ Opportunity Identification: Using advanced analytics, the system identifies arbitrage opportunities, considering factors such as price spreads, available liquidity, transaction fees and potential slippages.
3️⃣ Automated execution with Flash Loan: When an opportunity is identified, Clash Lend AI facilitates the execution of a Flash Loan through Aave. This instant loan allows the user to buy an asset where the price is lower and sell it where the price is higher, optimizing profits.
4️⃣ Settlement and Profit: After the operation, the loan is settled and the profits are distributed, with the platform charging a minimal fee for the service. The transaction is viewed in real time by the user via the integrated dashboard, with MetaMask facilitating the execution and confirmation of operations.
